What do I need to know about ordering?

You can order on line or by phone if you wish to speak to a person.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

We require your phone number because our products are custom made and there is sometimes we may need to call.

We do not ever share your personal information.

We do not email or call unless there is a problem with the order we need to work out with you.

What is your return policy?

If you decide you want a different size, weight or fabric than you ordered, you may return your item in clean and un-used condition within 15 days and we will replace it or refund your money. The postage will be your responsibility.  

If your item is defective on not the way you ordered it, you may return it in clean and un-used condition and we will replace it or refund your money. We will cover the postage.

Do you take purchase orders?

When sending a purchase order please be sure to include all contact information.

Please note that billing offices often do not understand that our products are custom made. There is not an item number and we must know the size, weight, and print.

How long does an order take?

Weighted blankets and other items usually arrive within 3 to 4 weeks.Weighted vests may take a little longer.

I need my order fast. How does the RUSH option work?We can not put one order ahead of another, but if you need it "Now!" we can put someone on over-tine and  get your order out in 7 business days.  There is a 20.00 charge for blankets and for vests.  There is a 7.00 charge for anything else.  If you place a rush on one item in your order, you will need to place a rush on all of them so they can ship together.

I want a custom made blanket but I need it in a RUSH.

While we can't put someone at the head of the line, for a fee we can have one of our seamstress work overtime to get an order out faster. But it still will take 7 to 10 days. You will find an option for a Rush on the buy a blanket page.

How much is shipping?

How do I select the print I want?

There are many prints to choose from. When you click on one you will see it's ID letters. Then when you go to cart there is a place to type it in.

 

What kind of fabrics do you use?

Nearly all of the print and solid fabrics through out the website are 100% cotton. All of the fabrics are good quality. The back of the blankets are done in a good quality corresponding solid Cotton-polly blend. We choose this because is lighter weight and has a smoother hand. The inside of the blanket is constructed with 2 layers of cotton muslin or Cotton-polly broadcloth.

How do I wash my weighted item?

To wash a weighted blanket or vest, fill your washer with cool water and mild detergent.  Add the weighted blanket or vest and 2 or 3 heavy bath towels. Wash on gentle cycle, using the wet towels to balance the machine during the spin cycles. Stand by during spin cycles in case your machine doesn't shut down if it gets out of balance. Line dry only
