Salt of the Earth Weighted Blankets are weighted with clean and Natural Fine Grade River Stone
Painstakingly cleaned, fine grade river stone is smooth, natural, safe and dust free. It's a much more concentrated weight than Poly
Beads and is more effective for it's deep pressure effect. Our fine Grade River stone is not sand and is not crushed stone. It is
natural hard river stone and is not sharp or porous. It will not wear through the blanket fabrics. It can't mildew as long as the
blanket is washed after a food spill. In case of fire, it isn't flammable and cannot give off toxic fumes. It tends to stay cooler than
other weight materials on th market and it can even be stored in a cool place during the day for extra coolness at bedtime. Machine
washable according to instructions provided on the label. Line drying is recommended.
NOTE: We used to also carry Polly Pellets for weight but have discontinued it because the stone is so much better and almost of our
orders were for our fine grade stone. But if you wish to have Poly Pellets please contact us.
