How do I fill out the order form?

The form walks you through five steps: (1) enter the quantity, (2) circle the weight you want, (3) circle ST for fine grade river stone or PB for poly bead, (4) enter your fabric choice, and (5) circle BA for body area weights or ED for evenly distributed weights. Then total your price and sub total.

What is the difference between ST, PB, BA and ED?

ST stands for fine grade river stone and PB stands for poly bead — these are the two fill options listed on the form. BA stands for body area weights and ED stands for evenly distributed weights, which describe how the weight is placed inside the item.

Which sizes and weights can I order?

The form lists Size LB Lap Blanket (20 x 24"), Size T Blanket (24 x 42"), Size A Blanket (36 x 42"), Size SQ Blanket (42 x 42"), Size B Blanket (42 x 50"), Size C Blanket (42 x 60"), Size CXL Blanket (42 x 70") and Size D Blanket (58 x 75"), with weights ranging from 2 lbs up to 20 lbs depending on the size. Lap Pads, Lap Wraps and Shoulder Wraps are also listed with their own weight ranges.

Can I add a RUSH to my order?

Yes. A RUSH pays overtime for a seamstress. As noted on the form, if a RUSH is added to one item, a RUSH must be added to each item in your order.

Are there extra charges for special prints or small items?

The form lists Character Prints or Special Prints at $15.00 for a blanket or vest and $6.00 for small items. Autism Awareness Earrings, Weighted Stuffed Animals, Weighted Dolls, Pillow Cases and shipping are also itemized on the form.
