| We use PayPal to process our checkout. When you add to cart you are taken to a secure PayPal page where you can either use your PayPal account or your credit card. Sometimes people don't notice the credit card option because it is at the bottom. If you pay with your PayPal account the page will not ask for shipping address, but will use the one you have in your account. Postage will show up at the last before you finalize your payment. The page looks like this and I have added a red arrow to point out where the credit card option is. |
| You will be asked for an email address and a phone number. The reason for this is that our products are custom made and occasionally we need to contact you if there is a problem. On shipping day we email you tracking numbers. We do not share any of your personal information - ever. |
| Postage averages 10.00 for weights under 7 pounds, 15.00 for weights up to 15 pounds and .20.00 for weights over 15 pounds. It is not always exact because of the difficulty of pricing weight categories, but it is usually accurate. Postage to Canada is 49.00.
